ONE-ON-ONE HEATH & WELLNESS COACHING

During the coaching program, we not only work on the habits the clients wants to change, but we look at other aspects of their lives.  When a client wants to lose weight, we work to figure out the why behind the poor eating habits. We look at the entire person – we talk about relationships, career and sometimes even financial health!  Often, many of us overeat, over drink, or even over socialize when we are struggling with other issues that we really don’t understand.

My One-on-One Health & Wellness Coaching program is six months of meeting for an hour, twice a month, for a total of 12 sessions to allow for meaningful results.

Your Program Includes:

  • Two, one-hour sessions per month
  • E-mail support between sessions
  • Handouts and other materials
  • Optional hands-on food shopping guidance

WEIGHT LOSS AND STRESS MANAGEMENT

Weight gain and stress often go together – I offer a program specifically designed to target weight loss and stress management goals.  The clients who typically choose this type of program are looking for ways to develop better eating habits, how to eat on the go and more effectively manage their stress levels.  The coaching program focuses on healthy food choices that fit your lifestyle and alternative ways to deal with stress!  We create a food diary and work to identify stress triggers. We work together to plan out the weight loss goals and develop healthy alternatives to deal with the stressors of everyday life.  The program focuses on education of healthy foods and what to look for when reading food labels.  Oftentimes, we take a “field trip” to the local market to read labels and look for enjoyable food choices.

A typical Weight Loss & Stress Management Program is three months of meeting for an hour once a week for a total of 12 sessions.

Your Program Includes:

  • Four, one-hour sessions per month
  • E-mail support between sessions
  • Handouts and other materials
  • Hands-on food shopping guidance

GROUP WORKSHOPS

Group workshops are focused on specific topics of interest like healthy eating, getting better organized, or creating a stronger sense of self.  Each workshop is customized according to the expressed areas of interest. Our Corporate Wellness Program is custom designed to meet the needs of each corporation that we serve. I work with each company to evaluate their existing program, discuss what is working and what isn’t. We then develop a program to enhance their current program as needed. The primary focus for most Corporate Wellness Programs is employee education. We discuss how to choose healthier foods, manage stress and support a healthy work/life balance.
